This refund policy applies exclusively to surf lessons and services purchased through our website ( and does not apply to any items bought in-store.

1. Non-Refundable Deposits for Surf Lessons

1.1. Deposits for surf lessons and other services booked through our website are non-refundable, except in cases of unsuitable conditions deemed by our instructors, illness or serious reasons. Proof of such circumstances may be required to process a refund.

1.2. The deposit for standard surf lessons is £20. For performance coaching and summer camps, the deposit is £50. This is included in the full price.

2. Surf Conditions

2.1. If surf conditions are deemed unsuitable by our instructors, we offer the following options:

  • A full refund of the payment made, including deposit.
  • Transfer of the booking to a suitable future date.

3. Processing Refunds for Website Purchases

3.1. For surf lessons purchased through our website, once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3.2. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
